Photo Gallery: Fish Stocking Granite Lake 2008
Granite Lake was stocked on March 5th 2008 with 150 largemouth bass and 100 Red Ear Sunfish.
Tony was very helpful and gave us lots of information and suggestions during the planting.

Just like aquarium fish, Tony placed the smaller Red Ear in the lake to first acclimate.

Red Ear should help feed the bass and since they eat snails, will also help reduce the risk of swimmer's itch.

Tony recommended we also follow up with some smaller and inexpensive planting of baby minnows to help build up a good base and feed the bass.
